A guide to luxury car rental in Istanbul
Before choosing a model, clarify your dates, driver eligibility, total cost and handover plan. Use this checklist to compare offers on the same basis.

Peugeot 508 and Toyota Corolla daily rental
This starting rate applies only to Peugeot 508 and Toyota Corolla, not other vehicles. Dates, duration and availability are checked when quoting. Deposit and any delivery or extra-service charges are shown separately; the total is confirmed before booking.
Minimum age for these two models: 21. Licence tenure and other driver conditions are checked before quoting.
What is included in the rental price?
The vehicle, dates, rental duration and handover location determine your quote. Compare the following items in the written total.

Rental documents, payment and deposit
This preparation guide applies to all self-drive rentals. Conditions for your selected vehicle and rental period are provided in writing before booking.
Identity and driving licence
An original valid identity document and a valid licence for the vehicle are checked at handover. Age and licence-tenure requirements are confirmed per vehicle. Additional drivers must provide their documents and be named in the contract.
International customers
We check a passport or accepted official identity document, a licence valid in Türkiye and, where needed, evidence of your entry date. A translation or additional document may be required depending on the issuing country. Original passports and licences are not left as security.
Company rentals
We verify the company’s legal name, tax and billing details and the signatory’s authority. Required authorisation documents are specified in advance. Each driver’s identity and licence are checked separately.
Payment and deposit
Rental charges and the security deposit are separate. The accepted payment method, deposit amount, hold or collection method, release/refund period and possible deductions are explained in the written quote and contract. For card payments, cardholder and bank/POS eligibility are checked in advance.
Handover, insurance and return
Photographs, existing damage, mileage and fuel/charge levels are recorded at handover and return. Coverage, excess, additional drivers, excess mileage and cancellation/refund terms are explained before booking. Any proposed deposit deduction is accompanied by its reason and calculation.
Do not put identity/passport copies, employment records, card photographs, card numbers or CVV codes in the enquiry form. Required documents are communicated separately for handover; this site does not take payments or document uploads.
Luxury car rental questions
Can you deliver to a different city?
Yes. We can arrange delivery in Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir and surrounding cities, as well as airport handovers. Timing and delivery/collection charges are included in your personal quote.
Does a request confirm my booking?
No. Your request starts an availability check. We confirm the exact car, total price and rental conditions with you before the reservation is final.
How are the deposit and mileage calculated?
Self-drive rentals include 200 km per day or a total of 3,000 km in the monthly package. The deposit amount, collection and refund terms, and excess-kilometre rate are confirmed for your selected car in writing. The accepted payment method is confirmed in writing before booking.
Can we book a wedding car and a Vito together?
Yes. You can request a car for the couple and a Vito for family transport. Both vehicles and the complete schedule are checked together.
What are the minimum age and licence requirements?
Requirements are confirmed for the selected vehicle. Include the driver’s age and how long they have held their licence; eligibility must be confirmed before booking.
Can I rent with a foreign driving licence?
Tell the team the issuing country and travel dates. Acceptance and any additional documents or translation must be checked before booking.
What does insurance cover?
Request the selected vehicle’s cover, excess, exclusions and incident procedure in writing. A general “fully insured” description does not confirm the details of cover.
What is the fuel or charging policy?
Confirm pickup and return fuel/charge levels, shortfall charges and charging equipment before booking. Check the levels on the handover record.
How do cancellation, date changes and refunds work?
Cancellation deadlines, deductions and refunds are specified in the written offer for your service. Contact the team about changes; new dates require another availability check.
Can I book a car with a driver?
Request a chauffeured transfer or special-occasion service separately. Include the route, duration, passengers, luggage and waiting time so the scope can be confirmed in your offer.
Which documents are needed to rent?

Is a credit card always required for the deposit?
We do not present a credit card as a universal legal requirement. The accepted method, cardholder requirements and pre-authorisation/hold availability are checked for your selected vehicle before booking. Your written quote states the deposit and refund terms. Do not share card details in this form.
